Our Working ProcessIn 3 Steps
We have a simple 3 step procedure to get you up and running with your Epos system.
System Demonstration
After we have spoken to discuss your requirements we will arrange a convenient time to visit your premises to give you a full "no obligation" system demonstration. You will be shown the features and functions required to run your business.
Set-Up & Configure Your System
After we have discussed your requirements and you have been given a full system demonstration, when you place your order we will pre-configure and program up your system prior to delivery with all your products and prices.
Delivery & Training
Once your system has been configured and programmed it will be put on test in our workshop for 24 hours prior to delivery. On delivery our fully qualified engineer will install the complete system and will give you and your staff full on-site training.
As part of your system package you will receive telephone and software support and on-site hardware maintenance cover.
